信号分析再也不同于以往
MS269xA系列信号分析仪是针对下一代通讯应用的高性能的矢量信号分析仪。它包括扫频模式分析,FFT模式信号分析,和高精度的数字化仪功能。添加各种选件以组成信号发生器,将仪器打造成即插即用的一体化无忧解决方案。
MS269xA系列信号分析仪支持31.25 MHz的标准分析带宽,可扩展到62.5 MHz/125 MHz的选件。该频谱仪使用内部校准电路(安立专利),在6 GHz的频率跨度内对幅度和相位进行校准,校准后使精度保持在±0.5 dB范围内。这些组成模块的性能十分优越 – 它们采用新技术来最广泛的测量信号,使测试速度比以往任何时候都快。模块化的结构保证了整个框架结构的性能,确保了整体性能的显著提高。
MS269xA系列信号分析仪的选件包括基于通信标准的调制分析,矢量信号发生器和BER测量软件。最终用户可以配置一套完整的解决方案,大大降低了用于设备评估的成本,测试设备的空间,及测试周期。
该系列信号分析仪对于研发测试环境具有足够的测量精度,同时也能为产线提供足够快的速度!目前支持的应用包括GSM,GPRS,EDGE,W-CDMA,LTE和5G技术。
宽带高速FFT信号分析(标准分析带宽为31.25 MHz和62.5 MHz/125 MHz的选件)功能包括CCDF测量功能,频率 vs 时间,和功率vs 时间的高速连续测量。标准的数字化功能能够精确地捕获波形,并立即使用信号发生器选件播放出来。增加一个扩展的数字化选件,可以捕捉20MHz的信号长达4个小时。
