R&S®SMM100A矢量信号发生器在100 kHz至44 GHz的整个频率范围内提供了非常好的射频特性。该仪器覆盖现有无线系统使用的6GHz以下频段以及5G NR FR1和Wi-Fi 6E高达7.125GHz和5G-NR FR2频段高达44GHz的新定义频段。
R&S®SMM100A中的内部基带发生器支持1 GHz的最大射频调制带宽。
因此,数字调制宽带信号可以按照流行的无线标准的要求生成。R&S®SMM100A为未来的带宽需求做好了充分的准备。

优异的单边带相位噪声和EVM性能
对于R&S®SMM100A矢量信号发生器,SSB相位噪声小于–129 dBc,射频频率为1 GHz,偏移量为20 kHz。典型值–134 dBc甚至低5 dB。
除了优异的射频性能外,它在更高的频率下也表现出突出的调制特性。例如,根据3GPP测试模型3.1,R&S®SMM100A在28GHz射频频率下,对于100MHz 5G NR信号,其EVM性能达到了–42 dB(0.8%)。
平坦的频率响应
调制带宽内信号的频率响应对可实现的EVM性能也有很大的影响,因此必须在整个射频频率范围内最小化该参数的幅值和相位
R&S®SMM100A对频率响应的内部影响提供智能补偿。因此,R&S®SMM100A在整个射频调制过程中可获得小于0.4 dB的测量幅频响应
带宽为1GHz。


可扩展性
支持最大带宽为120MHz的基本调制。根据需求,可以通过安装许可证密钥将其扩展到1GHz。同样的灵活性,ARB内存可以从64Msample扩展到最多2Gsample
此外,R&S®SMM100A还提供各种频率选项,最高频率可达44 GHz。这允许用户精确配置R&S®SMM100A以满足其实际需求。

移动通信标准
R&S®SMM100A信号发生器支持重要的无线通信标准,非常适合于5G NR基站测试。
当配备R&S®SMM-B1044频率选项时,该仪器覆盖5G NR频率范围,FR1至7.125GHz,FR2至44GHz。在带宽要求增加的情况下,带宽可扩展到1GHz,满足5G应用带宽要求。
为下一代Wi-Fi做好准备
无线局域网也在向更高频率和更大带宽的方向发展。对于Wi-Fi 6E,将使用5.8 GHz和7.125 GHz之间的频率范围。

R&S®SMM100A非常适合于HRP UWB接收机测试。该仪器覆盖频率范围高达10.6GHz,射频调制带宽达500MHz,可在最重要的信道上产生信号。
R&S®SMM-K149 HRP UWB基带选项支持三种特点模式的信号生成:IEEE 802.15.4a-2015的HRP UWB模式跟IEEE 802.15.4z中增强范围设备(ERDEF)的BPRF模式和HPRF模式一样出色。
